MYSTAYS Hotel Management will start operating Kashima Central Hotel from October 9th.
On December 4th, the main building will be rebranded as “Flexstay Inn Kashima Central”, and the new building as “Art Hotel Kashima Central”. Art Hotel is a full-service brand, while Flexstay Inn is a brand for medium to long-term stays. A partial renovation of some guest rooms and common areas is scheduled to begin in January 2025.
The main building has 14 floors above ground, while the new building has 16 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground. The main building has 123 rooms, and the new building has 174 rooms. The parking lot can accommodate 591 cars and 3 large buses.
Kashima Central Hotel opened its main building in 1972 and its new building in 2000. It includes restaurants, chapels, banquet halls, shrines, and bathing facilities. More than 60 direct express buses run daily between Tokyo Station and the hotel.
