The requirement applies to air passengers arriving from countries where Mpox outbreaks have occurred, including South Korea, Thailand, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Philippines, Sweden, and Pakistan.
Individuals who enter the country temporarily for layovers and stay in hotels are also required to submit the form.
