Air France is set to gradually introduce the satellite communication service provided by SpaceX’s Starlink.
Starting from the summer schedule of 2025, the service will be introduced in phases on all routes, including regional ones. It will be available for free to those who log into their Flying Blue account and will support connections from multiple devices.
The low-orbit satellite communication service by Starlink is known for its high-speed and low latency communication. Other airlines, such as ZIPAIR Tokyo, Qatar Airways, WestJet, Hawaiian Airlines, and United Airlines, have already announced the introduction of Starlink.
