Japan Airlines (JAL) is set to launch a special livery aircraft dubbed ‘DREAM SHO JET’ (an Airbus A350-900, tail number: JA08XJ), featuring designs inspired by Shohei Ohtani of the Los Angeles Dodgers, on September 29th.
This initiative, serving as a symbol for the ‘DREAM MILES PASS’ project which supports Shohei Ohtani and the ‘young individuals across Japan challenging their dreams,’ is scheduled to operate until around March 2026. The aircraft will offer six types of limited edition paper cups and pamphlets will also be available on board.
The inaugural flight is planned as flight JL503 from Tokyo/Haneda to Sapporo/Chitose on the same day.
