
OMO7 Asahikawa by Hoshino Resorts Offers ‘Sakura Scented Afternoon Tea’ from April 10 to May 31
The Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo will offer the ‘Shinmai Gozen’ from October 16 to November 30.
A collaboration between the rice meister of the Kyoto ‘Yadaime Gihye,’ a lineage spanning since the Edo Kansei era, and the hotel’s chef has led to the creation of a menu featuring new rice. Menu examples include salt-grilled silver salmon, Saikyo-yaki Spanish mackerel, teriyaki yellowtail, pork shabu-shabu with Kyoto mizuna salad, and fresh yuba sashimi.
The venue is the Lobby Lounge Bamboo on the first floor. Business hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM. The price is 4,500 yen, including tax and service charges.
