Thai AirAsia X has announced its flight operations during the transition period due to the relocation of its base to Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, effective October 1.
For the Japan routes, flights XJ600/610 to Tokyo/Narita on September 30, flight XJ612 to Osaka/Kansai on October 1, flight XJ602 to Tokyo/Narita on October 1, and flight XJ620 to Sapporo/Chitose on October 1 will depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport. All flights departing from various locations in Japan on October 1 will arrive at Don Mueang Airport. Affected booking customers are being notified by email.
Tassapon Bijleveld, CEO, commented, “We are prepared to commence operations at Don Mueang Airport from October 1. We kindly ask our customers traveling during the transition period to check their flight schedule before departure.”
