Spring Japan Announces Experienced Cabin Attendant Recruitment for Route Expansion, Seeks About 30 Candidates
Spring Japan has started recruiting experienced cabin attendants from October 2nd, in preparation for new route inaugurations and business expansion.
The company plans to hire about 30 individuals, with the entry period starting in January 2025, at a time designated by the company. The work location will be inside Narita Airport, at the Kotono-mori headquarters, and nearby training facilities. Only those available to start working during or after January 2025, as specified by the company, are eligible.
The entry period lasts until October 24th, after which the selection process—including document screening, aptitude tests, and interviews—will take place to determine successful applicants. More information can be found on the official website under the recruitment section.
To mark its tenth anniversary, Spring Japan has renewed the uniforms of its cabin crew. The second-generation uniform, introduced on August 1st, features dark green as the base color with bright lime green, the corporate color, as an accent.
