Emirates has commenced the deployment of the refurbished Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the Dubai–Riyadh route starting October 1.
The refurbished Boeing 777-300ER aircraft feature the newly introduced premium economy class arranged in a ‘2-4-2’ configuration with 24 seats, in addition to refreshing the business class seats to mirror those on the Airbus A380 with a ‘1-2-1’ configuration for 38 seats and incorporating a small bar for snacks. Economy class is equipped with 256 seats.
This route is serviced three times daily, alternating between the Airbus A380 and the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The refurbished aircraft will be used for flights EK819/820.
