Hotel Metropolitan Saitama Shintoshin will offer a collaboration dessert featuring Funawa’s sweet potato yokan from October 1 to November 30.
The collaboration with Funawa, a store with a factory in Saitama City, will offer “Funawa Sweet Potato Yokan Mille-Feuille” as part of the dessert for certain lunch courses. The applicable courses are “[Autumn2024] Lunch Set Menu”, “[Autumn2024] Chef’s Recommendation Set Menu”, “[Autumn2024] Special Pasta Lunch Set Menu”, and “[For Saitama Prefecture Residents Only] Saitama Resident Exclusive Lunch Plan 2024”.
The location is Cafe “Cross Yard” on the 5th floor. The dessert is available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM (last order).
