APA Group has acquired land for hotel development in front of Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture.
The land has an official area of approximately 1,443 square meters. The plan is to build a hotel named “APA Hotel ” with 373 guest rooms, a large communal bath, and an open-air bath, aiming for an opening in November 2027.
The acquisition was made considering the improvement in transportation convenience due to the redevelopment progressing near Chuo-dori in the center of Yokkaichi, including the organization of a bus terminal, as well as the close access from Nagoya to various tourist destinations such as Nagashima Spa Land and Suzuka Circuit.
The access is about a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station.
