Air Canada and the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA), the union representing its pilots, have ratified a labor agreement.
67% of eligible pilots cast their votes in favor. The agreement spans four years, retroactively applied from September 30, 2023, with its expiration set for September 29, 2027.
A potential strike, believed to involve more than 5,200 pilots from both Air Canada and Air Canada Rouge who are members of the ALPA, has been averted.
