Marriott International and Air Canada have partnered in their loyalty programs.
Air Canada’s Aeroplan and Marriott International’s Marriott Bonvoy will implement point exchanges and status matches for higher-tier members.
Aeroplan’s 50K, 75K, and Super Elite members will be mutually granted Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status, while Marriott Bonvoy’s Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members will receive Aeroplan 25K membership status.
Additionally, elite status members of Aeroplan can now convert their points to Marriott Bonvoy points at a 1:1 ratio. Conversion from Marriott Bonvoy to Aeroplan is already supported.
