The Westin Yokohama Presents ‘Lindt Chocolate Collaboration 2024’
The Westin Yokohama will roll out a collaborative promotion with the chocolate brand ‘Lindt’ titled ‘Lindt Chocolate × The Westin Yokohama 2024’ starting from October 28.
Guests can enjoy collaborative sweets through a range of menus including afternoon teas, cocktails, dessert buffets, and Christmas cakes at four locations within the hotel. From November 1st to 21st, the ‘Autumn Chocolate Afternoon Tea with Lindt Chocolate’ will be held. The sweets menu features four types of Lindt chocolates with varying cocoa content, offering an array of tastes from chocolate & caramel, chocolate & maple, to chocolate & strawberry jelly, and chocolate & raspberry. The savory menu includes five types of dishes using autumn seasonal ingredients like ‘Lobster consommé with celeriac confit in a yuzu-flavored cauliflower cream’ that pairs shrimp with cauliflower cream flavored with yuzu. A welcome drink called ‘Chocolate Carnival’, blending green mint syrup and Lindt dark chocolate, will be served. Prices start from 8,000 yen.
From November 22nd to December 25th, the ‘Christmas Sweet Afternoon Tea with Lindt Chocolate’ will take place. It features four kinds of sweets such as a ‘Chocolate Mousse’ in a red Santa suit and a ‘Milk Chocolate Cream’ imagining Santa’s red-nosed reindeer. The savory menu offers five varieties including a ‘Turnip and Mascarpone Mousse fashioned after Santa Claus’, a roll with silver dust in the style of a Bûche de Noël featuring snow crab and kumquat, and dishes using crab and lobster. Additionally, an accommodation plan that includes a guaranteed seat for the ‘Christmas Sweet Afternoon Tea with Lindt Chocolate’ is available. Prices start from 8,000 yen.
