Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management are set to open the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji on September 30.
The building consists of 14 floors above ground and one below, offering a total of 183 rooms across various types such as Standard Queen, Superior Queen, Standard Twin, Superior Twin, Superior Wide King, Deluxe Corner Twin, Deluxe Triple, and Accessible Triple. This marks the first time for Mitsui Garden Hotels to equip all rooms with laundry dryers, microwaves, and refrigerator-freezers. Additionally, the rooms feature thematic floral art for each floor, wooden room amenities, in-bath amenities, and amenities made from biomass materials.
The hotel houses a large communal bath, fitness gym, and a café, as well as the restaurant ‘GINZA ONO Gratia-Smoke Dining-‘, offering a diverse menu that goes beyond Japanese, Western, and Chinese genres, including a half-buffet for breakfast plus a selection of main dishes to choose from.
