
OMO7 Asahikawa by Hoshino Resorts Offers ‘Sakura Scented Afternoon Tea’ from April 10 to May 31
Hilton Tokyo will be offering a meat-centered afternoon tea titled ‘Christmas Meat Afternoon’ starting from November 15.
The menu features items such as ‘Waldorf Salad Metropolitan Grill Style’ with apples, walnuts, and grapes marinated in port wine, ‘Smoked Duck Toast with Fig Jam’, which is toasted brioche with beef fat topped with smoked duck, fig jam, and kumquat confit, a steak grilled over cherry and binchotan charcoal, ‘Smoked Pepper Chicken’ flavored with three types of pepper. For dessert, there’s ‘Christmas Wreath Chocolate Ganache Tart’ – a cookie with allspice, milk chocolate ganache flavored with caramel, and decorated with candied orange and nuts in the style of a wreath, ‘Snow Cream Cheesecake’, and ‘Pistachio Cream Tree Tart’ which involves pistachio cream, raspberry confiture, and diplomat cream. Guests can also enjoy spiced ‘Hot Wine Shot’ and ‘Cookies for Santa’.
The venue is Metropolitan Grill on the second floor. Available from 3 pm to 5 pm with a 2-hour seating limit. The price is 6,500 yen on weekdays and 6,900 yen on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (tax and service charge included).
