Delta Airlines will resume its operations on the Los Angeles to Shanghai/Pudong route from June 1, 2025.
Flights from Los Angeles will depart on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while flights from Shanghai/Pudong will leave on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, making it three round-trips a week. The aircraft used will be the Airbus A350-900. The flight duration from Los Angeles is 13 hours and 40 minutes, and from Shanghai/Pudong, it is 12 hours and 25 minutes.
With this, the route will be operated by a total of three carriers, including United Airlines and China Eastern Airlines. Including flights from Detroit and Seattle, Delta Airlines will connect mainland America and China with 17 round-trips a week.
