Hilton Yokohama to Host ‘Christmas Buffet’ from December 20 to 25
Hilton Yokohama will host a ‘Christmas Buffet’ from December 20 to 25.
The lunch & dinner buffet will feature traditional Christmas favorites in addition to the usual grand menu. Some of the menu items include roast chicken with cranberry sauce, escargot Burgundy pre-processed with wine and fond de veau, topped with garlic butter, and Fondant au Fromage made with French Le Fondant Fromagerie cheese.
The afternoon tea buffet will offer Christmas-inspired sweets & savories, and a special table menu will include a ‘Christmas Special Shortcake’ for each guest (limited to 100 guests per day). Menu highlights include Bûche de Noël wrapped in a bitterly sweet chocolate cream and coffee-flavored sponge, and an ornament dessert layered with white chocolate mousse on the outside, strawberry mousse on the inside, and a base of pistachio-flavored sponge.
The venue is ‘Allday Dining Parade’ on the 3rd floor. Service hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM for lunch, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for afternoon tea, and 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM for dinner, with last orders taken 30 minutes before closing. Prices are 7,500 yen for lunch, 8,000 yen for afternoon tea, and 9,800 yen for dinner, including tax and service charges.
