Fuji Marriott Hotel Yamanakako Offers “Winter Cheese Ensemble”
Fuji Marriott Hotel Yamanakako will be offering the “Winter Cheese Ensemble” from December 1 to February 28, 2025.
With the concept of “the fusion of seasonal ingredients and cheese”, every course dish incorporates various types of cheese such as Parmesan, Caciocavallo, and cream cheese along with seasonal ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture. The menu features dishes like a savory Caciocavallo melted over a bowl of soup adorned with nori, a meat dish of “Koshu Wine Beef” sirloin grill accompanied by a stuffed cabbage with Feta cheese, and a small pot of “Kai Salmon” prepared in a sake lees stew. Additionally, cocktails and mocktails that pair well with the course meal will also be available.
December 28 to January 3 and February 17 to 19 are excluded dates. The location is the “Grill & Dining G” restaurant. The price is 14,000 yen per person.
