Daiwa House Realty Management announces the opening of the “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Akita Station Front” on February 14, 2025.
The building will feature 13 stories above ground, offering 214 rooms across 10 types including Standard Double, Moderate Double, Deluxe Queen, Superior Twin, and Forth.
Facilities within the hotel will include a large communal bath, amenities bar, gender-separated coin laundry, ice machine, microwave, vending machines, smoking area, and a parking lot capable of accommodating 60 vehicles. The large communal bath will also feature a sauna with auto-loyly (automatic water pouring), a chilled water bath with a chiller (water cooling circulation system), and an open-air bathing area.
Rates start from 9,000 JPY for a Standard Double room (tax included). Reservations are already underway.
The hotel is approximately a 5-minute walk from the JR Akita Station West Exit and about 10 minutes by car from the Akita Central Interchange (IC) of the Akita Expressway.
