Hilton Nagoya will offer ‘Matsutake Kaiseki YUI’ from September 26 to November 25.
‘Matsutake Kaiseki YUI’ is a special dinner menu limited to a shared dining experience for two, featuring dishes made with matsutake mushrooms. The meal, usually priced at 18,000 yen per person, is offered at 28,000 yen for two. The menu includes ‘Dobinmushi (matsutake, shrimp, pike conger, ginkgo, trefoil, sudachi)’, ‘Matsutake and domestic beef suki-ni’, ‘Ishigaki-mushi matsutake with kamatsuka, grilled chestnut’, ‘Marinated duck with matsutake, chrysanthemum greens in broth, chrysanthemum flowers, tonburi’, among others. Japanese sake and wine are also available.
The location is the Japanese cuisine restaurant ‘Genji’ on the third floor. Available Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The price is 28,000 yen for two persons, including tax and service charge.
