Hilton Nagoya Hosts Christmas Lunch & Dinner Buffet: ‘Culinary Journey Through France’
Hilton Nagoya is hosting a lunch and dinner buffet themed on regional French cuisine, titled ‘Culinary Journey Through France,’ from November 7 to December 25.
The buffet will feature over 30 types of menu items including “Roasted Re-Fattened Wagyu Beef,” whole chicken cooked with Calvados, cider, and fresh cream called “Chicken Vallée d’Auge,” white fish flavored Provençal style with a mix of herbs unique to the Provence region, a gratin of crepe filled with ham, onion, and mushrooms known as “Ficelle Picarde,” and a herb flavored tomato-based stew “Cassoulet of White Beans.” For dessert, enjoy French iconic sweets such as “Christmas Paris-Brest,” “White Christmas Bûche de Noël,” “Christmas Opera” along with ice candies and a variety of daily desserts, totaling eight kinds of sweets.
Furthermore, from December 21 to 25 during dinner time, special dishes will be served, including “Owari Beef Pie” made by wrapping local Owari beef with mushrooms and prosciutto in pastry and baking it, and a “Foie Gras and Hatcho Miso Liver Pâté” that combines liver pâté with foie gras and Aichi’s traditional miso, Hatcho miso.
The venue is the all-day dining “In Place 3-3” on the first floor. Serving times are lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with dinner served in four 90-minute slots. Prices are 5,800 yen for adults, starting from 3,000 yen for children (aged 6 to 12), and free for children aged 5 and under (tax and service charge included).
