LATAM Airlines Group to Introduce Up to 15 Boeing 787 Aircraft
LATAM Airlines Group announces the acquisition of up to 15 Boeing 787 aircraft.
The firm order includes 10 airplanes, with an option for 5 more. Currently, the group owns a total of 37 Boeing 787-8 and Boeing 787-9 aircraft. With this new acquisition, the fleet is expected to grow to up to 52 by 2030.
This expansion will enhance LATAM’s international route network from hub airports in Santiago, Sao Paulo, and Lima, among others.
