Chugoku JR Bus to Launch Overnight Direct Service from Tokyo to Hiroshima on November 21
Chugoku JR Bus is set to commence operations of the “Grandream Express Hiroshima,” a new service.
The company is already running the Hiroshima-Okayama ~ Yokohama-Tokyo line (Dream Okayama-Hiroshima) that passes through Okayama and Yokohama. However, it will now establish a new overnight direct service between Tokyo and Hiroshima. The service will feature three-seater independent seating, equipped with a toilet, power outlets, and Wi-Fi onboard Grandream vehicles. The service will start with the Tokyo-bound (up) on November 21, and Hiroshima-bound (down) on November 22.
The down service will depart from Tokyo Station (Yaesu South Exit) at 9:10 PM, pass through Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit (arriving at 7:35 AM), and arrive at Hiroshima Bus Center at 7:50 AM. The up service will depart from Hiroshima Bus Center at 8:50 PM, go through Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit (departing at 9:10 PM), and arrive at Tokyo Station (Nihonbashi Exit) at 8:00 AM.
