Air Canada will increase its flights on the Vancouver to Shanghai/Pudong route starting December 7.
The airline currently operates four round trips per week and will increase this to one round trip per day. The flights will be operated using Boeing 787 aircraft. The flight duration is 12 hours 45 minutes from Vancouver and 10 hours 20 minutes from Shanghai/Pudong.
This reflects the importance of the market and strengthens access to China from various parts of North America via Vancouver.
