Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki will be offering a “Yuzu-flavored Mont Blanc Parfait” from October 1 to November 30.
Atop a white meringue base, this Mont Blanc parfait includes an apple and yuzu sorbet, layered with mascarpone cream, cinnamon streusel, apple compote, candied chestnuts, cider jelly, chestnut panna cotta, and yuzu sauce in a glass.
Located at the all-day dining “Terrace and Table”. Available from 3 PM to 5 PM. Priced at 2,500 yen (tax and service charge included), limited to 10 servings per day.
