Lufthansa German Airlines is set to start the operation of aircrafts equipped with the new cabin specification, ‘Lufthansa Allegris’ first class.
From November 9th, an Airbus A350-900 equipped with first class will be introduced on the Munich to Bengaluru route, and from November 15th, on the Munich to Mumbai route. Initially, the service will be introduced by inviting “our most loyal customers”, with reservations and upgrades to become available as more aircrafts are added.
The ‘First Class Suite Plus’ features a width of about 1 meter, equipped with temperature control to suit the passenger’s preference. It allows the connection of smartphones to the in-flight entertainment system. These suites have walls and doors extending to the ceiling, providing a complete private room. They are outfitted with a large screen, wireless over-ear headphones, and a personal wardrobe.
