Rakuten Card will impose an annual usage limit for the “Rakuten Card Hawaii Lounge”.
From January 1, 2025, Rakuten Premium Card members will be limited to 20 visits per year, while other Rakuten Card members will be limited to 10 visits per year. Rakuten Black Card members will not be subject to this limit. If a member has more than one card, the counts will be based on the card with the higher limit. This measure is to alleviate overcrowding.
The “Rakuten Card Hawaii Lounge” is a lounge that can be used free of charge by showing a Rakuten Card issued in Japan under the cardholder’s name. It is located at International Marketplace and Ala Moana Center, and allows entry for the cardholder and up to five companions.
