Fujikyu Shizuoka Bus has resumed the operation of the ‘Kaguyahime Express’ line from Fujinomiya/Fuji to Tokyo Station starting from November 1st.
This line was jointly operated with JR Bus Kanto until June 7th.
The service runs one round trip daily. The upward journey departs the Takaoka Garage (in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture) at 6:55 AM and arrives at Tokyo Station at 10:18 AM. The downward journey leaves Tokyo Station at 5:50 PM and arrives back at the Takaoka Garage at 8:43 PM. Stops along the way include Fujieki Minamiguchi, Shin-Fuji Station, Tou no Ki, Tomei Fuji, Tomei Eda, Tomei Mukogaoka, and Kasumigaseki (upward only).
Together with the two round trips of the ‘Yakisoba Express,’ currently operating in and out of the Fujinomiya area, the total of high-speed bus services connecting the Fujinomiya/Fuji areas with Tokyo Station comes to three round trips.
A “One-way 1,500 yen Campaign” is available for those who purchase in advance. The campaign offers a one-way ride for 1,500 yen for purchases made by the day before the use date. The eligible routes for this campaign are both the ‘Yakisoba Express’ and the ‘Kaguyahime Express.’ This offer is valid from November 1st to the 30th.
