Solaseed Air, in collaboration with World One, has developed a collaboration menu item ‘Agu Shabu-Shabu in Solaseed Sora Soup Broth’ using their in-flight ‘Solaseed Sora Soup’.
‘Solaseed Sora Soup’ features the umami of Nagasaki prefecture’s flying fish broth, complemented by the refreshing scent of yuzu from Oita Prefecture. In addition to being offered on flights, it’s also available for purchase online.
The broth is a double soup made of ‘Solaseed Sora Soup’ and bonito flakes from Shodoshima, boasting a light yet fragrant taste that pairs well with the healthy and delicious ‘Okinawa Agu pork’. Inspired by Solaseed Air’s brand promise to ‘Sow seeds of smile from the sky.’, the dish is also served with pea sprouts and Shirishiri vegetables.
It is served at the directly managed stores ‘Okinawa Cuisine Kingyo’ and ‘Okinawa Cuisine Kingyo hanare’. The service period is from November 1 to around March 2025.
