Orion Tour has announced that due to a system failure, there is a possibility that reservations and change procedures may not have been completed properly.
The failure occurred from around 7:00 AM on October 26th to around 2:00 PM on October 30th. It was caused by a malfunction in the system equipment, and there has been no leak of personal information.
Those who made reservations, changes, or cancellations for domestic tours on October 25th are advised to contact the office by phone as there is a possibility that the procedures may not have been completed correctly.
