“Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kaga Maruya” reopened on November 1.
Due to the integration of all lodging, spa facilities, and theme parks under the “Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group” brand by Oedo Onsen Monogatari and Yu-Kai Resort, this renewal was undertaken. Counter tables and chairs facing the windows overlooking Shibayamagata were installed in some of the rooms. New additions include a “Premium Lounge” where various soft drinks and alcohol can be enjoyed for free, a kids’ corner where children can play and move around, and a relaxation area equipped with high-performance massage chairs across from a selection of drinks and manga. Furthermore, outdoor playground equipment such as slides was installed in the courtyard, expanding the content for kids.
The buffet restaurant “Shiratori” was also renovated, arranging all seats to have a view of Shibayamagata. The menu offers a variety of dishes including creative seasonal menus, freshly cooked sirloin steaks, classic dishes like sashimi and nigiri sushi, local specialties like crab pressed sushi and metta soup, fair menus like Hakata motsu-nabe, and Haagen-Dazs ice cream.
The access is about a 10-minute drive from the Hokuriku Expressway Katayamazu Interchange (IC).
