EVA Air has launched a 24-hour global customer service that supports both Chinese and English.
By contacting the nearest customer service center from anywhere in the world, you can receive service in either Chinese or English 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, local language service is available within the business hours of each local area.
This service is the first of its kind offered by the Taiwanese airline. In 2019, the company introduced an AI chatbot that supports Traditional Chinese, and in 2022, added a virtual queuing feature that calls back customers in order when phone lines are busy.
