Jigen has introduced a new shareholder benefits program.
The initial reference date is set for the end of March 2025, and at the end of March and September, shareholders will be granted shareholder benefits points that can be exchanged for Travelist Points usable on the travel booking site ‘TRAVELIST’ operated by Apple World, a consolidated subsidiary, according to the number of shares they hold.
Travelist Points can be used to purchase airline tickets or be exchanged for PayPay Points. The shareholder benefit yield is expected to be around 2%, with aims to enhance shareholder returns, investment attractiveness, and drawing power. Plans include expanding the range of exchangeable options in the medium to long term.
In establishing the new shareholder benefits system, they have implemented the ‘Premium Benefits Club,’ a digital shareholder management platform operated by Wills.
