The Westin Miyako Kyoto Offers a Limited-Time Autumn Chestnut Parfait
The Westin Miyako Kyoto is offering an Autumn Limited ‘Chestnut Parfait’ from November 1st to December 31st.
This parfait combines Tamba chestnuts with traditional Japanese flavors. Starting with a topping of Tamba chestnuts and Tamba chestnut mont blanc, followed by chestnut ice cream, kinako and milk chocolate crunch, and Tamba kuri (chestnuts with peel), the parfait is further enhanced with matcha warabi mochi (bracken starch dumpling) and hojicha (roasted green tea) jelly, finishing off with a chestnut panna cotta and raspberry jelly. A side of cassis sauce can be drizzled on top to taste.
