Conrad Osaka to Host ‘Parfait de Colorful Mont Blanc’ Korean Sweets Buffet
Conrad Osaka is hosting a Korean sweets buffet themed ‘Parfait de Colorful Mont Blanc’ from October 16 to December 13, themed around Korean sweets and Mont Blanc.
In the experience of creating your original parfait, you can choose from a variety of different sized containers filled with four types of mousse that serve as the base for Mont Blanc: vanilla, chocolate, matcha, and marron. After choosing a container, you are free to arrange the quantity and mix of three types of Mont Blanc creams: ‘Marron Cream’ blended with Japanese chestnuts and French chestnuts, ‘Purple Sweet Potato Cream’, and ‘Strawberry Anko Cream’ made from white bean paste and strawberry puree. Finally, you can enjoy topping it with a choice of 13 types of toppings like ‘Kuromitsu’ (black syrup), ‘black beans’, ‘warabi mochi’ and fruits such as ‘figs’, ‘persimmons’, among the nine types available, along with freely adding toppings from Korean sweets.
The sweets lineup includes ‘Tanful’ with marshmallows, ‘Pistachio Kkwabaegi’ enveloping Korean donuts in white chocolate, ‘Korean-style Dacquoise’ with coffee-flavored cream, and ‘Churros’ available in four flavors. Savory dishes include ‘Vegetable and Egg Gimbap’, ‘Quail Egg and Green Onion Tteokbokki’, ‘Yangnyeom Chicken’, totaling ten types of Korean dishes.
The venue is ‘Atmos Dining’ on the 40th floor. The buffet is available on weekdays from 3 pm to 5 pm for a two-hour period, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 2:30 pm to 4 pm for a 90-minute period. Prices start at 7,200 yen for adults and 3,600 yen for children, with children aged five and under free of charge per adult (inclusive of tax and service charge). A limited number of set plans that include a bear from Conrad Seoul are also available for 500 guests.
