Hilton Grand Vacations to Open ‘Ka Haku Hilton Club’ in Waikiki, Hawaii in 2026, Featuring a Japanese-style Bathhouse
Hilton Grand Vacations has initiated sales for ‘Ka Haku Hilton Club’ in Waikiki, Hawaii.
Located on the site of the former King’s Village, this timeshare resort acquired the land in 2018. Development was temporarily halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed in the fourth quarter of 2023. It is scheduled to open by the summer of 2026.
The building will be a 32-story high-rise offering studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites with ocean, mountain, and city views, totaling 213 rooms. It will be the 14th resort in Hawaii and the state’s first Hilton Club.
Amenities include a private lounge for arrivals and departures, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, pool bar, and other resort-style facilities, along with a Japanese-style bathhouse. New shops and restaurants will also open on the first floor.
