All Nippon Airways (ANA) will conduct ‘First Sunrise Flights’ on New Year’s Day 2025, departing from and arriving back at Tokyo/Haneda and Tokyo/Narita.
Participants will gather at each airport from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM, to view the first sunrise of the year near Nagano’s Ina City for Tokyo/Haneda departures and near Chiba’s Choshi City for Tokyo/Narita departures. In-flight, passengers will receive a New Year’s traditional Osechi-style bento box, boarding certificate, Colombin original full sock, flight tag, blanket, and the January issue of ‘Wingspan’ magazine. Premium Class passengers will also be treated to MAISON CACAO’s Hanare Monaka.
Travel costs range from 35,000 yen to 95,000 yen for Tokyo/Haneda departures and from 32,000 yen to 92,000 yen for Tokyo/Narita departures.
This will mark the 25th occasion for Tokyo/Haneda departures since starting in 2001, and the 5th occurrence for Tokyo/Narita departures, utilizing Boeing 787-8 aircraft configured for international flights.
Reservations are open for ANA Mileage Club members from November 14th at 2:00 PM to November 24th for priority booking. If seats are available, general sales will occur from December 12th at 2:00 PM until December 18th.
