Tokyo Dome Hotel to Host ‘Hokkaido Fair 2024’ Part 2 Starting November 25
The Tokyo Dome Hotel is set to host the second installment of the ‘Hokkaido Fair 2024’ from November 25, 2024, to January 14, 2025.
Chefs who have traveled Hokkaido and discovered its ingredients will offer dishes inspired by their flavorful experiences. The menu includes ‘Relassa Seafood Original Parfait’ (dinner only) which allows guests to create their own seafood parfait glasses, ‘Lantern Town Tanaka Farm’s Nanatsuboshi Seafood Risotto Paella Style’ with rice, shrimp, squid, mussels, and cheese, ‘Tokachi Mash Brown Mushroom Soup with Shark Fin’ (dinner only), ‘Hokkaido Colored Potato and Tokachi Ikeda Town Black Pork Bolognese with Raclette Cheese’, ‘Otofuke Town Takeuchi Poultry Farm’s Yellow Egg “Tamayura” Warm Vegetable and Chicken Caesar Salad’, ‘Countryside Milk Pudding’, among other Hokkaido delicacies, which total over 50 varieties. There are also selectable dishes featuring red king crab and scallops.
The venue is the ‘Relassa’ super dining on the 3rd floor. Lunch is available from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM in a 90-minute slot, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM in a 120-minute slot. Prices are 4,950 yen per person and 2,050 yen for children (ages 4 to elementary school) (tax and service charge included).
