The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Bureau of Industrial and Labor Affairs announced on November 12th that it would conduct a hearing before imposing administrative action on KEN Dream, based on Article 65, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law.
The violation involves arranging buses outside the bus operator’s designated area of service, which is in violation of the Travel Business Law. A nine-day business suspension order is planned based on Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law.
The hearing will be held on November 19th at the 19A conference room on the 19th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Main Building No. 1.
