Rose Hotel Yokohama Hosts ‘Christmas Afternoon Tea’
Rose Hotel Yokohama will host a ‘Christmas Afternoon Tea’ from December 1st to 31st.
The sweets menu includes seven types of Christmas-themed treats such as ‘Xmas Strawberry Parfait’ with layers of strawberry jam, whipped cream, kirsch jelly, and custard cream topped with strawberries, ‘Santa Claus Macaron’, and ‘Reindeer Chocolate Mousse’. The savory menu features four types of dishes like ‘Turkey Waldorf-style Mini Tart with Truffle’ using monaka wafers, ‘Beet Gazpacho Sparkling Jelly with Blue Cheese Panna Cotta’, basil-scented ‘Lobster Roll with Crushed Avocado and Myoga’, and ‘Beet Salmon Omelette with Sour Cream and Caviar on Rye Bread’, using hotel-made rolls. Over ten types of drinks are available, including flavored teas from Yokohama Motomachi’s tea specialty store ‘La Teyière’.
The venue is on the first floor at ‘Brasserie Milly La Forêt’. Service hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and from 2:30 PM to 7 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The price is 6,500 yen per person, 6,700 yen with a gift of tea from La Teyière and hotel-made baked sweets, and 6,900 yen including one drink of sparkling wine.
