Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be offering the ‘Strawberry Fortune Afternoon Tea Buffet,’ a buffet-style event where guests can enjoy as much as they like, from December 26 to January 31, 2025.
The sweets include ‘Nyumon Strawberry Shortcake’, ‘Amaou Strawberry Paris-Brest’, and other sweets made with domestic strawberry brands such as crème d’ange combined with strawberry purée, a snake-shaped brioche sandwiching strawberries and cream, and a chocolate mousse shaped like a snake with coconut gelée representing the zodiac motif. Additionally, there’s a chocolate fountain using the hotel’s original ‘Grande H’ chocolate. The savory items include a sandwich with strawberry-flavored melon bread filled with Iberico ham and cream cheese, a quiche using winter vegetables, and a tartine with homemade smoked salmon smoked with cherry wood chips and rapeseed flowers on baguette, offering five varieties in total.
The location is the All-day Dining ‘The French Kitchen’. The buffet is available on weekdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for a two-hour period and 90 minutes on weekends and holidays. Prices start from 7,150 yen. Tax included, service charge separate.
