Shinagawa Prince Hotel will be hosting the “SNOW WHITE T9 Afternoon Tea Sweet Course ~World of Silver~” from December 1st until January 14th, 2025, featuring a collection styled in white.
The desserts include “Yuzu Gâteau Opera”, “Tarte Tatin”, “Rare Cheese Mousse”, and “Chamomile-scented Panna Cotta with Champagne Gelee” among the four varieties. Additional savory items like “Mackerel Rillettes”, “Lily Root and Yuzu Tart”, “Lentil and Apple Salad” are provided along with petits fours such as “Bonbon Chocolate”, “Macaron Vanille”, and “Truffle-scented Popcorn”, as well as a welcome drink of “Silky Lemonade”. For the main course, guests can choose between the “White Parfait”, topped with maple and coffee ice cream, or the snowman-shaped dessert layered with chantilly cream, yogurt and mascarpone ice, and blancmange mousse, finished with chocolate nose and hands, available for an additional 1,500 yen.
The venue is on the 39th floor at “DINING ＆ BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO”. The price is 6,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
