Hawaiian Airlines Releases Commemorative Capsule Toys for 95th Anniversary in November: 4 Types Available
Trip.com Now Supports PayPay Payments
Trip.com has started supporting payments through the cashless service PayPay.
PayPay has been widely used for everyday purchases at convenience stores and supermarkets, but recently there has been an increase in its use for higher-value transactions at department stores and online shopping. The service has also started offering a salary receiving service, indicating an anticipated rise in demand for high-value transactions.
In November, PayPay increased the single transaction or 24-hour limit for PayPay balance payments from 500,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen. Transactions exceeding 1,000,000 yen are also possible with “PayPay Credit”.
This addition allows Trip.com users to choose from four payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and local payments.
