Spring Airlines has ended inquiry support at its call centers in Japan.
This is due to the integration of call center operations of Spring Airlines, with inquiries now being accepted at the call center in China. In addition to phone calls, email support in Japanese, Chinese, and English is available. The operating hours are 24 hours for Chinese, and 10 AM to 6:30 PM (Japan time) for Japanese and English.
