JR East View Tourism & Sales (VTS) and Japan Airlines (JAL) are conducting a special tour titled ‘Travel to the JAL Narita Aircraft Maintenance Center on the Narita Express!’.
In this inaugural collaborative tour, JAL cabin attendants will join passengers on the ‘Narita Express’, providing hospitality with snacks and drinks similar to in-flight service.
The tour includes visits to the Narita Airport Ramp Central Tower and areas near the runway, followed by lunch with in-flight meals at the old-style farmhouse restaurant ‘DINING PORT Mikurazuru’, and a tour of the JAL Narita Aircraft Maintenance Center. On the return trip to Narita Airport Station, ‘Unarikun’, a tourism mascot of Narita City, will also make an appearance.
The tour will be held on December 21, with local staff accompanying the participants. The travel fees are 39,500 yen for adults and 36,500 yen for children.
