Tokyo Marriott Hotel is offering the ‘Christmas Afternoon Tea – Pear × Caramel -’ featuring the Le Lectier pear from December 1 to January 4, 2025.
Dubbed as the phantom pear, Le Lectier serves as the centerpiece, paired with caramel made using vanilla beans from New Caledonia. The sweets lineup includes a ‘Le Lectier Shortcake’ layered with sponge and Le Lectier, a ‘Le Lectier and Caramel Vanilla Parfait’, a two-layered ‘Pear Bonbon Chocolate’ filled with caramel and two types of pear ganache, a ‘Le Lectier and Caramel Mousse’ shaped like a pear, and a ‘Pear Crème Brûlée’ mixed with pear purée. For savory options, there are ‘Cheese Marshmallow with Prosciutto Chips and a hint of Salted Caramel’, ‘Smoked Cheese and Turkey Stick Sandwich’ among others. Beverages include a selection of 8 types of ‘TWG Tea’ and 5 variations of coffee, with free refills and changes of choice.
Located on the first floor restaurant ‘Lounge & Dining G’. Available in two sessions, from 1 PM and 3:30 PM. The price is 7,500 yen, including tax and service charge.
