On November 19th, the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Labor Bureau issued an administrative measure against KEN Dream based on Article 65, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law.
The company was found in violation of the Travel Business Law for arranging buses outside the operating area of the bus operators, resulting in a 9-day suspension of business as per Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Business Law. The suspension period is from November 20th to 28th.
