
Toyoko Inn to Sell ‘Local GENKI Badges’ from April 1
The Westin Yokohama, under the theme “Cheers to the Holidays!”, will offer exclusive Christmas menus from December 21st to 25th at its restaurants.
At the grill restaurant “Iron Bay”, a course menu featuring local ingredients such as hand-picked shrimp, Yokohama beef fillet, and Kanagawa prefecture’s golden eye snapper will be offered.
The casual French “Brasserie Du Quai” will serve a course including Du Quai’s special French onion soup, roast Japanese beef sirloin, and a dish of threadfin bream with winter vegetables and truffle risotto, among other dishes. They will also prepare a French-style course featuring lobster thermidor, seared foie gras, and domestic beef.
The 3rd-floor all-day dining will add a buffet menu that mixes Japanese and Western cuisine, including live stations with “Roast beef of Japanese beef with Yorkshire pudding” and “Christmas Ham”, and a dessert corner featuring homemade “Bûche de Noël”, “Stollen”, and “Apple and Pistachio Pie”.
The creative Japanese restaurant “Kisui-sen” will prepare a Christmas menu with a Japanese twist, featuring seafood such as cod milt, pufferfish, and winter yellowtail.
