Etihad Airways has strengthened its digital platform.
On its website and app, it now supports payments in local currencies, reservation changes, and mileage upgrades in major markets such as India and Europe. The airline is releasing about 4 new features per week, with 160 features rolled out this year.
In the Indian market, it has started providing support in Hindi and offers payment options and fare calendars preferred locally, catering to the diverse demands of each market. The company has seen a significant increase in online direct sales across key markets, aiming to enhance customer engagement and increase ancillary revenue through a personalized booking experience.
