Hilton Tokyo Bay Offers ‘Strawberry Chinese Afternoon Tea’
Hilton Tokyo Bay will be offering ‘Strawberry Chinese Afternoon Tea’ on a limited basis on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from December 2nd to February 28th.
In celebration of the strawberry season, a diverse line-up of strawberry-themed items has been prepared. Examples from the menu include ‘Large Shrimp with Strawberry Mayonnaise’ featuring succulent shrimp mixed with diced strawberries and a special mayonnaise sauce, ‘Beijing Duck Tart with Strawberry Sauce’, and for dessert, ‘Strawberry Caramelise’ with a whole strawberry coated in candy, ‘Coconut Mochi with Strawberry Cream’ made from glutinous rice flour for a chewy texture, and a ‘Strawberry and Lychee Snowman Igloo’ packed with lychee mousse and strawberry mille crepes.
A selection of six types of beverages includes tea from the British tea brand ‘Jing Tea’ and Chinese teas, along with ‘Jade Sword’ green tea, and a natural herbal tea made with rosebuds, rosehips, and raspberries called ‘Raspberry & Rose’.
The tea service is located on the basement first floor at the Chinese restaurant ‘Dynasty’. It is offered in two sessions, from 11:30 AM and from 1:30 PM, each session lasting two hours. Reservations are required by noon the day before, excluding public holidays. The price is 4,900 yen per person, including tax and service fees.
